Negative: CocoSign is really easy to use to sign any digital documents. It's way faster and cheaper to get it started allowing me to sign them electronically. I feel reliable that it will return you a copy when you have signed the files.

For this, you can either send in a parallel or a series sequence. In other words, they can sign at the same time or one after another. And it is really very easy to use.

I also like that when I log in to a website that I am able to save the login info or create the info in LastPass if it isn't already there. What it has also done is helping enhance our internal and external customer service. With higher speeds, we have been able to streamline and organize our business processes. Besides, the data is secure with this software.

Negative: Like it very much so far, appreciated it very much how easy it was to upload and sign documents.

I can also take the help of the audit trail to know how each process or transaction works.

Positive: The ease of use is 2nd to none. We have tried multiple solutions and it is hands down the easiest to use. I use tablets where people can read what they are signing and they can easily sign with a stylus. Negative: Currently, nothing makes me unsatisfied. I highly recommend this product for its great features. So far so good on our side. I'm happy with the software!

Negative: I haven't really found anything that I dislike. There have some glitches from time to time but customer support can resolve the issues very soon.

Summary: It has been 7 months since I started using this product I basically like its overall features and UI design. One of the thing that I don't like is its customer support. I have also recommended this product to my peers and my friends.

Positive: It has best boost workflow management and great user interface, It also helps in chopping off your turnaround time and it also lot of amazing features.

Negative: It has worst customer support. They basically don't reply to some of the user queries.

Summary: Overall, it is a good service. Now, I am turning to this affordable service. It is helping boost my business.

Positive: Sign on the go. My partner uses this service first asking me to sign a contract. I was amazed that I just signed the contract via a link in the email. That is cool.

Negative: I do not receive emails some times. They were in the spam folder.
