Positive: It is so simple and you just need to upload the files and then enter the name and email address of the signed party, then set the place for signature and send invitations. The recipient will receive the email and sign it via a link.

Negative: I did not find any shortcomings of cocosign. I believe it is an idea tool for business and personal use.
