Worst company ever. Date: Jan 08 2022
Summary: Absolutely horrible. They should be put in jail. I hope they do, the law needs to be updated when dealing with non local companies to comply. They will face their karma, they do not provide good service, or software, and their support is insulting at best. Stay away.
Positive: Nothing. They are horrible. I hope this review will help save you from the pain that I, and many others have experienced.
Negative: They are a rip off, the software does not work, there are a ton of bugs with syncing, feeds do not generate properly. They will not fix the problems and give you the runaround, and insulting replies such as "check now" and the problem is still clearly there. Please stay away, they are the worst company. Look online and you can see they have a ton of fake reviews too!

The quality of WooCommerce Shopee Integration from CedCommerce is very very poor. Almost every function cannot work and have to talk to their developer. I tried to upload some new products, add variations to existing products. This quality of this product even cannot pass testing. They just published and sell it directly. I also bought WooCommerce Lazada plugin from same company. I tried to upload some products but cannot. Developer uploaded for me. Then I follow exact same way to upload another product but it cannot upload again. Then involve developer again. They refused to refund even though they said no reason to refund within 30 days. They just said we will solve issues for you.
Waste money waste your time. I just need few minutes to add one variable for existing product in Shopee. But with this plugin I spend 3 hours and finally still cannot update one variation to Shopee. -

CedCommerce: A Loss Of Money And Time. Date: Aug 17 2021
Summary: We hired them to redesign our basic WooCommerce theme. They made offer and we paid 735. After this they said they were not able to redesign it, but we should buy their theme. We let them work. After 3 months, they delivered a theme that was significantly slower than ours and multi-language WPML plugin did not work. They didn’t know how to fix it.
When we asked for our money back and raised a PayPal claim, they lied to PayPal and forged our WhatsApp communication. In the forged communication, we "agreed that we accepted the theme“. PayPal decided in their favor. So we have a theme that is not working and our 735 is in their pockets. This was the most expensive theme that we ever bought.
They were not able to handle basic things, like create staging account or work through GIT.
This is type of message that we started to receive right after we made payment:

Negative: They are not a company, but a bunch of freelancers. Their capabilities are not what they declare. You don’t know who is responsible. And they were very responsive until they received the money. After that, we had to beg them to carry on. It would have taken half a year just to fulfill what they charged us. It was stupid of us to pay them.

Summary: Terrible, they really do know how to break a spirit. We were very excited to work with them and have tried and tried for months and months.
Positive: Not much the plugin worked very basically for maybe 3 months and then everything stopped. apparently I am supposed to pay them to update their own work.
Negative: Well where do I begin, We started working with ced years ago they seem to be one of the only companies that claims to integrate eBay and Etsy with WooCommerce. They not only hacked my website but then made me pay over and over again for support. They refuse to update their work on a basic level without you paying AGAIN for support and your lucky if they do anything at all when you finally pay them. This company should be shut down.

Summary: The worst company ever. Do not trust them, the softwares, apps will give you headaches and trouble. Customer support is almost as bad as the softwares if not worst. You will not get a refund, these Indians are very greedy. Take your money to where something is good not this bad program.
Positive: There are no pros. The entire program is useless. If you want to just throw money, this is perfect for you.
Negative: The entire program is a disaster. It has bugs, program fails always and destroy anything else you may have on your main website.

Summary: Not great, but Support team just about saved things. Helpful and fast to respond, but a lot of wasted time spent trying to resolve ourselves with poor documentation and help guides.
Positive: Very good support contact, although we should not really have need this amount of help to setup 5 products with OnBuy.
Negative: The Templating, Profiling and Publishing steps are all very cumbersome, difficult to understand and there is limited help guide to walk you through it - Setup guide for Shopify integration is very poor, so felt like we were setting up blind. Sharing to OnBuy was troublesome, and our listings broke, or didn't appear at all. The Support team was very good in fixing for us, but still expect a simpler, easier-to-use platform in 2022.

Summary: Overall, it's a great app and great people. I would recommend it to others and I would also ask the developers to incorporate some easy way of mapping attributes.
Positive: I always appreciate the prompt and excellent support I get from the staff at CED. The app takes a while to navigate. But you can't fault the excellent service.
Negative: The template and uploading is a bit hard to follow at times. I've made a few mistakes, but the staff always point me back in the right direction.

Summary: Overall, it is pretty good. It is a little frustrating to get the hang of it and trying to get the most out of the app. It takes a lot of troubleshooting to ensure the app works properly. Still working with customer service on little kinks of the app.
Positive: It allows me to sync my products from BigCommerce to TikTok shop.
Easily manage the orders from the app for the most part.Negative: Not all the syncing works properly, so had to do a lot of troubleshooting to fix this and make sure it works properly.

You have to utilise manual process to make things automated.Positive: Integration, synchronization from Shopify to OnBuy is a good feature. And the the price automation is a plus.

Positive: Virtual assistants helped a lot. Nupur helped me and went through all the things that were required to be in the attributes.
Negative: Difficult without any guidance on what each attribute meant. You have to manually insert every description in detail. If you don't you'll be stuck with errors.
