CalendarRows is an add-on for Google Sheets that facilitates the creation and management of Google Calendar events directly from spreadsheet rows. Users can customize the mapping of columns for essential event details such as titles, dates, times, all-day settings, locations, descriptions, guests, and colors, allowing for seamless updates to a chosen calendar. The tool efficiently tracks event IDs within the spreadsheet, enabling subsequent updates to existing events instead of generating duplicates, and it also supports the deletion of events using the same rows. Additionally, users have the capability to import events from a specified calendar and date range into a new tab within the sheet, where they can make edits before sending updates back to the calendar. This add-on is particularly useful for managing schedules in spreadsheets, which can include shift schedules, class timetables, event fixtures, content calendars, and various booking systems. Notably, guest email addresses can be included without triggering invitation emails to them. The free version of CalendarRows permits up to 50 event modifications each day and allows for the import of a maximum of 100 events. Upgrading to the Pro plan, which costs $9 per month or $59 annually, grants users increased daily limits, the option to create recurring events, and the ability to import up to 5,000 events.
