Technical support at its finest! Date: Oct 21 2025
Summary: I had the opportunity to work with the Bravo Store Systems support team recently, and wanted to share my thoughts with the public. I am in the IT field as an MSP Technician and often have to call into support teams for varying applications. This time, with Ian from Bravo Store Systems, I had a wonderful experience. From the time I contacted their support team via a web ticket, I received a call back within the hour and linked up with Ian. He was professional, well-spoken, and very patient! He was able to walk me through the setup of their application and all the little things that I would never have known. He stayed positive and energetic throughout our entire call, and never got rattled when the installation gave us some issues. I contribute Ian's success to his greater support team and leaders. They run a well-oiled machine there and seem to love what they do. I appreciate their excellent support and have not had this level of care and concern from a support team for quite a while. Thank you, Bravo Store Systems!
Positive: Their support structure is solid and the time it took from creating a web ticket to receiving support, was within the hour. I worked with Ian who was knowledgeable, well-spoken, and patient. We hit issues on the application install but Ian remained calm and comforting, and we worked through the issue together! His entire support team is like one big family and they seem to genuinely care about providing the best support in the industry. I appreciate Ian and the Bravo Store Systems support team!
Negative: No cons I can think of. Called in, got excellent support, and my issue was resolved on the first attempt!

Amazing! The Transitions from PM to Bravo was Awesome! Date: Oct 17 2025
Summary: Thanks to the Team at Bravo, the most important thing is they are changing with technology. With the invention of AI incorporated into their program is game changing. Very excited to see what the future holds!
Positive: If I Could Give Double Stars, I Would!
We started our pawn business back in 1995 — everything was paper tickets back then! When DOS systems came around, we took the leap and joined PawnMaster. My uncles were a little old-school and hesitant at first, but PawnMaster’s team made the transition easy and supported us every step of the way.
As tech evolved, so did PawnMaster. Around 2010–2012, we upgraded again and added their texting feature and QuickBooks integration — huge game changers for communication and bookkeeping.
What I’ve always appreciated most is that PawnMaster never stood still. With tech, if a company isn’t evolving and improving, you’ll eventually outgrow them — but PawnMaster always stayed ahead of the curve. They’ve consistently had their finger on the pulse of the market, their users, and the technology that keeps pawnshops running smoothly.
Now, as PawnMaster begins to sunset, Bravo — who’s been a strong player in the industry — has stepped in with full transparency. They’ve done everything possible to make this transition easy and to show that they’re committed to being a lifelong business partner. That kind of honesty and support means a lot after nearly 30 years of loyalty.
If I could give double stars, I absolutely would. PawnMaster (and now Bravo) have earned my trust every step of the way.Negative: None Yet. If I had concerns they emailed me back within 5 minutes on the weekend.

Quick, easy, and easy to learn! Edited: Oct 09 2025
Summary: I was probably the most difficult person to work with. I had schedule changes often but every single time, they worked with me to get me up and running as quickly as possible. Learning Bravo was a dream because they had SO many training materials. It also helps they have an AI bot you can ask instructions for and it explains it step-by-step. Technical support is quick to respond to fix all nuances I had. Like post-to-accounting was a feature I didn't want to use but bothered me on the dashboard. So they got rid of that for me! It's the small things that make a difference to me! But there was a whole lot of big things that they worked with me on to get me up and running. Like opening TWO stores for different companies. They got it DONE and fast. Once I got the hang of everything though it was great and I much prefer it over Pawnmaster. Especially the scrapping process. I like to make sure I'm accurately reporting my scrap and it makes it SO easy. Pawnmaster was still good but Bravo is great. All my transactions, whether it's pawn or buy, layaway, etc. has been much easier to manage. Also my pull list! I love the notifications for that instead of some big list to weed through. A+++ transition team, A+++ program.
Side note: I'm also about that price point. I felt I got a really good deal, honestly. I wasn't the owner of the previous shop I worked for but am now. So it wasn't a match of Pawnmaster pricing but was still comparable and fair.Positive: - the transition team
- technical support
- the training materials
- the AI bot
- pull list
- scrapping processNegative: - selling non-inventory items with no associated cost but maybe there's an easier way in the future or something I'm missing, so that might be a me thing

Bravo Store Systems: Worth every penny Date: Oct 06 2025
Summary: As a sole prop FFL with a growing business, compliance is the biggest issue that keeps me up at night. As I got busier with my firearms business, I was really beginning to worry about missing something or making a mistake. I knew if I was serious about scaling this business, I would need some tool to assist me in making sure my paperwork was buttoned up and my records were being handled properly.
BRAVO reached out to me at the perfect time. I kew I needed to invest in something that could help protect my business. After a few conversations, I knew this would be a perfect fit for my needs as a small but growing FFL.
BRAVO is not a "one size fits all" store system. What they were able to do was to propose a custom system that meets the needs of a unique and niche FFL business like mine. They were able to create a custom platform, tailor made to my needs, at a price point a business my size was able to support.
Therefore, I am paying for what I need, instead of a bunch of extra features I do not need at this time. I know as my business grows, I can work with BRAVO to expand the system as needed.
The support team was fantastic. I really felt they heard me when I described what I was looking for because they absolutely nailed it when they presented me with the proposal for my store. While preparing to go live, I was presented with a staging module, that allowed me to familiarize myself with the system. We had continued conversations as the go live date approached, and continued support throughout the first weeks of implementation.
As I transition my inventory and data into the system, I am finding the program easy to use and am becoming quite comfortable working with it. The AI driven agent is very useful and there are many training videos to help walk you through any part of the process.
My customers LOVE the convenience of the e4473. I am getting amazing feedback on how easy and convenient the process is, even from first time gun buyers. Part of my business involves supporting a local SSSF SASP shooting team and many of the parents of the youth shooters are unfamiliar with firearm purchasing and they are finding the process to be simple and user friendly.
From my side, the e4473 process protects me from errors in my bound book or on the 4473. BRAVO takes care of all of that. It even automatically pulls the info from the e4473 and enters it into NICs, preventing possible errors there as well.
BRAVO has been one hundred percent worth the investment and I look forward to it being an integral part of my store getting to the next level. Its making the buying process easy for my customers and giving me peace of mind regarding compliance and record keeping.
Thank you BRAVO team,
Joel Muskovich
Owner: Hurst Classic FirearmsPositive: -The system automatically generates my A&D entries for third party transfers
-The system was tailor made for my business at a price point I could support
-e4473 process creates convenience for the customers and autopopulates the 4473. The info is then automatically transmitted to NICs which reduces potential errors.
-Robust training and powerful AI tools help you get used to the system
- Expandable. I can add features as my business changes or grows.Negative: - Transitioning from a hand-kept A&D to the cloud-based A&D has been a bit time-consuming for me. It would be nice if there was an easy way to ingest existing firearm inventory in bulk, perhaps via spreadsheet rather than creating an entry for each firearm in inventory before the transition to Bravo

Easy transition Date: Sep 24 2025
Summary: Very good experience with our new POS system. The team at Bravo was timely, professional and the system works as described. Ours was a fairly large build with a lot of merchandise that had to be entered into Bravo manually. This process went smoothly. The system is very intuitive, and our staff was able to transition flawlessly.
Positive: Comprehensive, easy to use, easy to load, especially firearms. The range management is easy to use and manage.
Negative: Nothing. We are very satisfied. I cannot think of anything that could be improved upon.

E4473 Great Product Saving us Time Date: Feb 24 2025
Summary: Overall so fast we have a very good experience and we can't wait Background integration which Bravo team promised that they are working on it and it will be available in near future. This will make the process even faster and will eliminate more errors and mistakes.
Positive: We have been in gun business for 10 years now and till last year our our Firearm transactions (4473) were done manually and physical form have been archived and stored.
E4473 saves us time, much less physical paperwork, as everything is electronic now. Very important part is that it eliminates or "catches" a lot of common mistakes made by customers or even our associates. All 4473s are stores on the Bravo cloud which eliminated printing and storing the paper form and E4473s are always available on demand and are easy to find in Bravo. Internal audit is also easier now and is done faster as all the corrections can be made paperless.Negative: Little pricey, the cloud storage is an additional charge.

Use of the E4473 feature Date: Feb 21 2025
Summary: I have been in the gun and pawn business for 15 years now and was very reluctant to switch from the paper forms to anything digital. After using this for the past year I am so glad we made the switch. No more starting over on a new form because of errors by individuals filling out something incorrect or misspelled words. This software notices and requires action to fix any clerical errors. The best decision our shop has made.
Positive: We no longer need paper forms, there is a Spanish version as well. any form of mistake made by the individual filling out the form is noticed by the software and notifies you of any potential errors that may need to be corrected.
Negative: We have been using this E4473 form for over a year now and I can't think of any reason you shouldn't be using this feature.

Finally, a pawn software that delivers! Date: Nov 08 2024
Summary: Bravo has revolutionized how we do business. The seamless integration between point-of-sale, e-commerce, and inventory management has eliminated duplicate work and reduced human error. Their customer support team is exceptional - quick to respond and genuinely knowledgeable about both the software and industry regulations. The system's ability to automatically sync inventory across multiple online marketplaces while maintaining our A&D compliance has been invaluable. Making the switch to Bravo was one of the best business decisions we've made for our family's pawn shop.
Positive: Transitioning from Munz to Bravo transformed our family's pawn shop operations. The integrated e-commerce capabilities opened new revenue streams, while their mobile app and automated customer review system significantly improved our online presence. The built-in estimator makes pricing consistent across our team, and the jewelry estimator feature streamlines our precious metals transactions. The cloud-based platform means I can monitor operations from anywhere, and their E4473 system has made our FFL compliance remarkably more manageable. ATF audits are smooth and using cloud storage makes gun traces so much easier.
Also, MobilePawn is simply the best. Having an app that customers can download and make their payments or shop inventory has been essential. The convenience it provides for customers, as well as our team, has been wonderful. Both MobilePawn and Buya have been incredible marketing tools for our pawn shops.Negative: While the initial investment was higher than some alternatives, the ROI has proven its worth through increased efficiency and sales.

Bravo was the upgrade we needed Date: Oct 29 2024
Summary: My experience has been great. Support is responsive, the set up and data transfer was very clearly explained, and the help they offered getting started was top shelf. You get what you pay for with this software, they are no joke!
Positive: We had an older software (pawn manager) and it limited us to in store sales and simple transactions. Bravo allowed us to step into online sales, getting our name out there with reviews sent to customer phones, and their app. It was really a game changer. Those are just a few of the things that helped. We also saved a lot of time including reporting, and their e4473 product. We were scared as the FFL side of the business gets more complicated with all the red tape and Bravo offered a way for us to be more confident in our compliance with those 4473 forms and the A&D book.
Negative: I really don’t have a bunch of cons, I was warned about pricing but when we decided to go with Bravo I realized that you truly get what you pay for and that to me is worth the money when I’m trying to be compliant with the ATF and when I need a reliable service for calculating pawns, consignments, and everything in between. So sure they aren’t the cheapest but to me they are the BEST.

Best Point of Sale I have used Date: Aug 13 2024
Summary: Very pleased with the system and the support I received. Tech support was always eager to help when required and I the startup when I opened my store was very smooth.
Positive: All the heavy lifting was done for me. The system is user friendly and extremely intuitive. I'm not a jeweler by trade, so the jewelry estimator is literally worth its weight. Daily updates on the price of precious metals keeps you from paying too much.
Negative: Adding inventory on the new setup was a bit of a chore at first, but I was still learning it, so I did not have time to adapt before I closed my store

Summary: In the end, I do not regret switching over to Bravo. I believe overall it is benefiting my business. No system is perfect but Bravo is making the attempt to try to be. What more could you ask for?
Positive: A lot faster loan writing.
Finding merchandise is a breeze.
The Jewelry Estimator is one of my favorites.
Quick fixes from support and the amount of users who you can go to for help.Negative: Searching for customers with their date of birth would be a lot easier.
