E4473 Great Product Saving us Time Date: Feb 24 2025
Summary: Overall so fast we have a very good experience and we can't wait Background integration which Bravo team promised that they are working on it and it will be available in near future. This will make the process even faster and will eliminate more errors and mistakes.
Positive: We have been in gun business for 10 years now and till last year our our Firearm transactions (4473) were done manually and physical form have been archived and stored.
E4473 saves us time, much less physical paperwork, as everything is electronic now. Very important part is that it eliminates or "catches" a lot of common mistakes made by customers or even our associates. All 4473s are stores on the Bravo cloud which eliminated printing and storing the paper form and E4473s are always available on demand and are easy to find in Bravo. Internal audit is also easier now and is done faster as all the corrections can be made paperless.Negative: Little pricey, the cloud storage is an additional charge.

Use of the E4473 feature Date: Feb 21 2025
Summary: I have been in the gun and pawn business for 15 years now and was very reluctant to switch from the paper forms to anything digital. After using this for the past year I am so glad we made the switch. No more starting over on a new form because of errors by individuals filling out something incorrect or misspelled words. This software notices and requires action to fix any clerical errors. The best decision our shop has made.
Positive: We no longer need paper forms, there is a Spanish version as well. any form of mistake made by the individual filling out the form is noticed by the software and notifies you of any potential errors that may need to be corrected.
Negative: We have been using this E4473 form for over a year now and I can't think of any reason you shouldn't be using this feature.

Their customer support team is exceptional - quick to respond and genuinely knowledgeable about both the software and industry regulations. The system's ability to automatically sync inventory across multiple online marketplaces while maintaining our A&D compliance has been invaluable. Making the switch to Bravo was one of the best business decisions we've made for our family's pawn shop.
Positive: Transitioning from Munz to Bravo transformed our family's pawn shop operations. The integrated e-commerce capabilities opened new revenue streams, while their mobile app and automated customer review system significantly improved our online presence. The built-in estimator makes pricing consistent across our team, and the jewelry estimator feature streamlines our precious metals transactions. The cloud-based platform means I can monitor operations from anywhere, and their E4473 system has made our FFL compliance remarkably more manageable. ATF audits are smooth and using cloud storage makes gun traces so much easier.
Also, MobilePawn is simply the best. Having an app that customers can download and make their payments or shop inventory has been essential. The convenience it provides for customers, as well as our team, has been wonderful. Both MobilePawn and Buya have been incredible marketing tools for our pawn shops.Negative: While the initial investment was higher than some alternatives, the ROI has proven its worth through increased efficiency and sales.

Bravo was the upgrade we needed Date: Oct 29 2024
Summary: My experience has been great. Support is responsive, the set up and data transfer was very clearly explained, and the help they offered getting started was top shelf. You get what you pay for with this software, they are no joke!
Positive: We had an older software (pawn manager) and it limited us to in store sales and simple transactions. Bravo allowed us to step into online sales, getting our name out there with reviews sent to customer phones, and their app. It was really a game changer. Those are just a few of the things that helped. We also saved a lot of time including reporting, and their e4473 product. We were scared as the FFL side of the business gets more complicated with all the red tape and Bravo offered a way for us to be more confident in our compliance with those 4473 forms and the A&D book.
Negative: I really don’t have a bunch of cons, I was warned about pricing but when we decided to go with Bravo I realized that you truly get what you pay for and that to me is worth the money when I’m trying to be compliant with the ATF and when I need a reliable service for calculating pawns, consignments, and everything in between. So sure they aren’t the cheapest but to me they are the BEST.

Summary: Very pleased with the system and the support I received. Tech support was always eager to help when required and I the startup when I opened my store was very smooth.
Positive: All the heavy lifting was done for me. The system is user friendly and extremely intuitive. I'm not a jeweler by trade, so the jewelry estimator is literally worth its weight. Daily updates on the price of precious metals keeps you from paying too much.
Negative: Adding inventory on the new setup was a bit of a chore at first, but I was still learning it, so I did not have time to adapt before I closed my store

Summary: Overall it’s a great software and sometimes I think “Oh this is a pain in the butt” on something but then realize it makes life easier in the long run. It is a subscription based platform but that also means updates are performed on a regular basis.
Positive: eBay integration.
Pictures of inventory items.
Updates are often.
There support team is fast when needed.Negative: Some things you don’t know you need from the start but end up needing later on. Only thing I wish was there was a list from the start that showed what comes with what and a good explanation of what you may need to add on later.

Summary: Over the last 6+ years I have seen Bravo as a company and the program has improve greatly.
They have always been willing to listen to me on what I think would improve the program.
That does not mean that they have done everything I would like but, if it is something that would improve the Bravo for all it's user they have done it.
The support staff that they have does a great job.
I look forward to seeing what they have to offer going forward.Positive: Bravo is easy use and I can train employee in a short amount of time.
It allows us to put limits on each employee based on where they are at in their training which saves money on mistake that happen with new employees.Negative: When setting up new employees I almost always miss something that they need in the security setting because things in the security setting are not together or names don't show up the same as what is used in the program.

Summary: Dependable, Solid, the best Software we ever used since 1985! They continue to improve with many new features and keep up with current technology and changes in the pawn industry could be their best trait.
Positive: The tightness of the program plus the endless possibilities and opportunities. It really spoon feeds the pawnbroker prices for buys, pawns, trades on all types of merchandise. The Jewelry Estimator is one of my favorites. Customer History is an extremely strong tool.
Negative: The learning curve from a management perspective. Not a big fan of menu type pricing.

Summary: While I do find the constant updating mildly annoying, it does work out with any issues you run into that get fixed very quickly.
Positive: The quick fixes from support and the amount of users who you can go to for help. There is a lot of changes that happen because they listen to every idea we come up with from the front lines.
Negative: The constant updates when starting bravo in the morning. Sometimes it slows things down for the early morning.

Summary: Best pawn service ever. It has been way better than pawn master. It is also super easy to use. It has been super easy to use.
Positive: I like that I don’t have to sign back in when I make a mistake and start all over. There are so many features that it offers and has your numbers ready for you at a click of a button.
Negative: Some of the stuff takes a lot of steps for one simple thing. I wish there was a way to integrate to have messages from Shopkeeper come to the Bravo Home Screen instead of having to use my phone.

Summary: Overall, I love Bravo, they are constantly making more features and options available, and far surpass the multiple other systems I have tried in the past.
I also love that they take suggestions from their customers and implement them into the Bravo system.
Any time I have needed assistance I have gotten great support from their team.Positive: Working in a pawnshop for over 11 years, giving my customers peace of mind when taking in their items was of most importance to me.
I loved having the ability to customize each transaction and being able to attach a picture of the item to the repair, pawn, or loan along with being able to input all the other little details that most systems do not allow.
I also continue to be impressed by all of the abilities with the Ad Hoc reporting.Negative: I wish there was a way to bypass the process repair & mark completed.
