Proud Bravo User for Over 5 Years Date: Oct 26 2023
Summary: Overall, I love Bravo, they are constantly making more features and options available, and far surpass the multiple other systems I have tried in the past.
I also love that they take suggestions from their customers and implement them into the Bravo system.
Any time I have needed assistance I have gotten great support from their team.Positive: Working in a pawnshop for over 11 years, giving my customers peace of mind when taking in their items was of most importance to me.
I loved having the ability to customize each transaction and being able to attach a picture of the item to the repair, pawn, or loan along with being able to input all the other little details that most systems do not allow.
I also continue to be impressed by all of the abilities with the Ad Hoc reporting.Negative: I wish there was a way to bypass the process repair & mark completed.

Happy with bravo Date: Mar 20 2023
Summary: I switched from a different pawn software to Bravo. Bravo is much, much, better. I did a fair amount of research as well as asking other pawn shop owners/employees about it, and all had great things to say about Bravo. I recommend this software.
Positive: Great interface.
Lots and lots of options to make running a shop easier.
Great customer service. One thing is really like is that they collect data to show the average pawn/buy/sell prices of items. If an item comes into the shop that I know nothing about, this really helps me out.
Ease of listing items for sale online is fantastic. I love this. I have sold many items within hours by doing nothing more than clicking a couple extra buttons to get it listed online.Negative: Lots of options, but most cost extra.

Best Pawn Software EVER!!! Date: Oct 29 2024
Summary: I absolutely love Bravo. It’s an all-in-one system that’s not only reliable but also incredibly flexible to fit any business need. The team behind Bravo really listens to customer feedback, constantly improving the software with features that make a real difference. Whether it's managing firearms, processing loans, or fine-tuning operations with data insights, Bravo just makes everything easier. It’s a game-changer for growing a business and building confidence in the team. I couldn’t imagine using anything else!
Positive: Bravo’s got it all. It’s super versatile and really shines in managing firearms, handling e-commerce, and more. It’s a reliable, adaptable system that you can tailor to fit your needs—whether you’re managing inventory, making sales, or processing loans.
The best part? The data. Bravo provides loads of insights to help you fine-tune your business and make smarter decisions. It’s all right there, making it easy to see what’s working and where you can improve.
Bravo is also great for onboarding new hires. The user-friendly interface helps build confidence with loan offers and rating item conditions. Pretty soon, they’ll be pawn pros.
Plus, Bravo keeps an ear out for customer feedback, using it to shape new features and system updates. While features may roll out in stages, they eventually become fantastic tools that keep getting better.
If you’re looking for an all-in-one solution that supports growth and listens to users, Bravo’s definitely worth a look.Negative: Because Bravo is so robust, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are lots of ways to complete the same transaction, which can be confusing until you figure out the best way for your business.

The extensive security settings are a plus for safety, but if they’re not set up just right, it can get frustrating for users. It might take a bit of fine-tuning to make sure everything runs smoothly.
New features roll out in waves, so they may seem a little unfinished at first. But with some patience, they eventually turn into really great tools that add a lot of value.Bravo POS for Pawnbrokers Company Response
