This program is great to recognize a co-worker. Instead of just saying thanks for the help. You can recognize them with points that they can accumulate. I like the gifs you can add to the comments.

Omg Bonusly is like sooooo good! Our distributed team has been growing like crazy over the last year. I was getting worried that folks would start to feel isolated and disconnected, but Bonusly has allowed us maintain strong relationships with our co-workers.
