Summary: Our experience with NFG has been great! We've been using it for few years now and have no complaints. Great functionality - from newsletters to donor thank you videos, and event ticketing to peer-to-peer campaigns - we've used it all and are very happy!

Positive: Network For Good is easy to use, has broad functionality, and offers great support and learning opportunities.

Negative: We have had no issues or complaints with Network For Good.

Summary: We love the ability to contact a helpline whenever needed and all the instructional web series are great!

Positive: I am a grant writer and non profit consultant and I work with many nonprofit organizations. Whenever I am asked about donor databases, I always recommend NFG. Several of my clients have converted and are so happy with the switch!

Negative: There is really nothing I don't like about Network For Good!

Summary: To be honest, I was very skeptical when I first spoke with Network for Good; it sounded too good to be true. I had worked with several other well-known CRM products and found many to be complicated or not user-friendly. I am amazed at how simple and easy it is to work with the staff at Network for Good. I usually hate communicating through chat. I like talking to a real person. Network for good was the first chat experience that I found effective. The people are very knowledgeable and patient, and they always follow up to make sure my questions are answered. They provide great templates to help you get started, and I feel like they really care and want to help me succeed. No matter when I leave a question in the chat, someone gets back to me. If I want to speak with a person, I can. I am thoroughly pleased with the product and the services they provide. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, simple, but well-developed product to engage with their donors.

Positive: Consulting services for specific issues; knowledgeable friendly staff, great tools and templates, very user friendly.

Negative: The consulting sessions are only 30 minutes long. I wish they would extend them to 45. You lose 5-7 minutes identifying what you want to cover.

Summary: I am so happy to be using Network for Good! We were paying for Donor Perfect, Constant Contact, and MobileCause. Having everything under one roof is making the donor/admin experience so much better!

Positive: Network for Good is an all encompassing platform! I love that it allows us to bridge all the gaps between donor communication, data, and management!

Negative: I haven't been using the system long enough to identify any cons.

Summary: This is an affordable way to keep all your donor data in one place for easy access and trackability.

Positive: I love everything about this product. It allows infinitely customizable reports, instant thanks for donors, and in depth information on all donor and member activity. I can't imagine NOT having this program now. It has literally changed every aspect of my donor relations.

Negative: I don't like that i didn't find this program sooner!

Summary: I feel as though I know have a fundraising partner, not just a paid service. They care and are proactive about helping me and my organization be innovative and successful with our fundraising efforts.

Positive: They act more like a partner, not just someone I pay a fee too. They are always there and always responsive and willing to help. They genuinely want us to be successful and are proactive in helping assure just that. They have free trainings and training videos to not just help me but my entire organization!

Negative: The fact I did not hire them first! I really cannot think of any other cons at this time.

Summary: Been using NFG since July and so far serving us very well. Much better than previous manual system.

Positive: NFG gets all of our donations recorded in one place. For the past 12 years, our donations have been recorded on spreadsheets and written in notebooks.

Negative: Anonymous donations from Facebook fundraisers are entered automatically.

Summary: We had a great experience using Network for good to host our online auction. It was very professional looking and easy to use.

Positive: Very easy to enter items for the online auction. Very user friendly and streamlined. Online bidders expressed satisfaction with the process.

Negative: I can really think of anything. The cost is well worth it.

Summary: Overall, Network for Good is a wonderful program and we look forward to learning more functions and broadcasting our organization to more people!

Positive: Network for Good has opened up many opportunities for our non-profit organization. It has allowed for the members of our community to stay better connected and has provided an easier way for donors to show their support. I really enjoy the ease of the mass communication system! This has given us a chance to more effectively communicate with our supporters.

Negative: Some of the functions aren't the easiest to navigate. Once we learn how to use them, it's fine. But getting there takes a few trial and error turns.

Summary: Our organization is very pleased to work with Network for Good. Its platform is a huge asset to our work.

Positive: Network for Good has a very excellent platform to engage with donors and organize all your donor information in one place. The staff are very supportive and always available to help. Our organization has had an outstanding experience partnering with Network for Good.

Negative: The price may be high for some small organizations.

Summary: Growing a non-profit can be a lonely task but with Network for Good, you get to become part of a community. They provide excellent and informative email support and webinars to introduce new ideas, tools and share best practices. These, in turn, help us to better manage our donors, our communications, and our tracking.

Positive: Growing a non-profit is hard work but with a team like Network for Good and their fundraising tools, you can be more effective, more quickly. Their guidance and ongoing support are top-notch and the donor management capabilities of their software are a game changer! Thank you Network for Good you are helping us expand our impact!

Negative: I have no cons to report at this time. The software is performing extremely well.

Negative: When customer purchases more than on raffle ticket, they must enter their information for each purchase. A bit redundant and not efficient.

Summary: My entire staff has been able to work on this program depending on what their job entails. We all like the easy flow of the program.

Positive: I am not a "techie" person, but this software is easy to use and helps us track our donors and thank them quickly. I can create reports filtered to what I need. A great tool for every non-profit.
Plus they offer a lot of tutorials and a training consultant to get you started.

Negative: Transferring data does take awhile but that is not the fault of network for good.

Summary: I am really happy with NFG! It makes donor management easier, targeting emails really work! It's a great investment for a small nonprofit and helps us stay consistent, look professional and improve our communication in a meaningful way.

Positive: Easy to use, has led to increased donations and donor interactions, great templates and communication tools.

Negative: If your accountant doesn't use Quickbooks Online, there are some tedious extra steps. The data filters interface could be better.

Summary: My overall experience: fairly positive. Understanding the product takes time "playing with it."

Positive: I love the resources of Network for Good. The ability to:
1. create a newsletter with the creative features to make it interesting and unique.
2. create videos to raise funds, as well as thank donors
3. list potential donors with full descriptions of who they are
4. send email blasts, videos, etc. to several persons, organizations

I really appreciate the easy way to track and maintain donor contributions.

Negative: While I appreciate the newsletter component, I sometimes find it confusing and convoluted in trying to create it. It's not user-friendly.
