BizKhata is an application designed for GST billing and managing inventory specifically for small-scale shops in India, such as kirana, medical, mobile, hardware, garment stores, and small wholesalers. The app facilitates the creation of GST tax invoices that automatically calculate CGST/SGST or IGST, while also incorporating HSN codes and GSTINs. Users can print receipts using 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers, or conveniently share A4/A5 PDFs via WhatsApp, which include a UPI QR code that displays the exact amount owed. The application ensures stock levels are updated with each transaction, and features like barcode scanning and low-stock notifications aid in efficient inventory management. Additionally, it links customer and supplier dues (udhaar khata) directly to billing, enhancing transaction tracking. Monthly helper sheets for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B assist users in collaboration with their chartered accountants. Moreover, AI capabilities allow the drafting of purchase entries from uploaded supplier invoices. The billing process functions offline on Android devices while maintaining synchronization with the web application. New users can begin with a 30-day trial period, after which they can choose from a limited Free plan or opt for paid monthly, annual, or lifetime subscriptions.
