However, there are areas where Atera could improve. Customization options are somewhat limited, making it challenging to tailor the system perfectly to our specific needs. Also, getting to grips with all its features requires time and effort. Despite these minor issues, Atera remains a valuable tool in my IT arsenal, significantly aiding in daily operations.Positive: What I appreciate most about Atera is its all-in-one design. Combining RMM, PSA, and remote access in a single platform has streamlined my workflow, making IT management across multiple schools more efficient.
Negative: However, I've found that Atera can have limitations in terms of customization. It doesn't always meet the unique needs of our school's IT setup. Additionally, there's a bit of a learning curve to fully utilize all its features effectively.

Summary: My usage experience has been brilliant so far. The entire platform is very much simplified and has great technical support too which I like.
Positive: Atera is very easy to use and has tons of impressive features. I specifically like the ability to manage multiple devices for remote monitoring simultaneously.
Negative: Sometimes, the patch update takes longer than expected. But apart from that, I do not have any other complaints.
