AccessPatrol Description
AccessPatrol is a data loss prevention and USB device control software for preventing data leakage to removable media devices, cloud services, and other data egress ponts.
With AccessPatrol you can restrict a variety of peripherals including USB portable storage devices, optical media, Bluetooth, WiFi, FireWire, and cell phones.
USB device access permissions can be set to Allow, Read Only, or Blocked. Peripheral devices can be identified based on Vendor ID, Serial Number, and PNP Device ID.
Specific USBs, External Hard drives, Imaging devices, and portable devices can be added to an Allowed List to enforce the exclusive use of company-approved devices.
