Velero is an open-source utility designed for the secure backup and restoration of Kubernetes cluster resources and persistent volumes, as well as for disaster recovery and migration tasks. Additionally, it facilitates the portability of clusters by allowing easy migration of Kubernetes resources from one cluster to another.
