TwinPhone is browser-based international calling: a WebRTC softphone that terminates on the PSTN, so you dial real E.164 numbers and the person you are calling answers on an ordinary phone. Nothing has to be installed on their side — no app, no account, no invitation. On your side it runs in Chrome, Edge and Brave, or as a native iPhone app.
How it works: sign up for free, top up a balance with a card, and dial. The exact rate for the number you dialled is shown before the call connects, so there is no guessing between a landline range and a mobile range inside the same country. Rates start at $0.02/min across 145+ destinations.
