Wisp by Apex42 is a cloud-based space management platform for managing corporate real estate, facilities, hybrid workplaces, and workplace operations. It brings floor plans, employees, occupancy, capacity, cost information, and portfolio data together to provide teams with a consistent view of their physical workplace. Space and portfolio management capabilities help organizations understand how space is assigned and used while evaluating options for future workplace requirements. Wisp supports flexible seating and desk reservations, including free-address environments where organizations can establish neighborhoods and allow employees to reserve available workspaces. Move management tools help facilities teams coordinate everyday moves, adds, and changes while maintaining accurate workplace records. Employees can use wayfinding functionality to locate people, workspaces, conference rooms, and other workplace destinations. Space planning and reporting capabilities help teams visualize future states and monitor information such as vacancy, occupancy, utilization, ratios, and other workplace metrics. Apex42 supplements the software with implementation, polylining, drawing standardization, ongoing CAD maintenance, data and dashboard services, and workplace advisory services.
