Description

Mountain Duck allows users to mount both server and cloud storage as drives within Finder on macOS and File Explorer on Windows, enabling visibility of all files stored remotely, irrespective of local synchronization. When a file is accessed, it is synchronized to the local disk, thus facilitating offline access. Users have the option to designate specific files and folders for permanent offline availability on their devices, while other items are only downloaded and stored temporarily when needed, conserving local disk space. Cyberduck serves as a free server and cloud storage browser compatible with both Mac and Windows, supporting a variety of protocols including FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Amazon S3, OpenStack Swift, Backblaze B2, Microsoft Azure, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox. This versatile application provides effortless server connections, enterprise-level file sharing, and access to cloud storage, all through a user-friendly interface. Additionally, it features connection profiles for many popular hosting providers, and incorporates client-side encryption using Cryptomator interoperable vaults, ensuring that your data remains secure across all servers and cloud platforms. With its extensive capabilities, you can streamline your workflow while maintaining control over your files and their security.

qURL offers a solution for developers, IT administrators, and small teams to effortlessly share local web applications, APIs, and files without the need for deployment. Utilizing its command-line interface, users can publish a service hosted on their machine and generate a link that adheres to specific access policies, allowing them to invite users, approve access requests, confirm email identities, or permit open access via the link. The application remains on the publisher's local system and does not require a public network address. The qURL CLI is compatible with macOS, Linux, and Windows operating systems, while the qURL Desktop application for macOS is designed to facilitate file and folder sharing with recipients who use a web browser. An additional optional MCP server provides compatible AI clients with the capability to create and manage links through the qURL API. The service offers a tier without account requirements that allows for up to three simultaneous shares, while a free account provides up to ten active shares and allows for 10 GiB of monthly traffic during the early access phase. Users commonly employ qURL for purposes such as previewing development work, conducting private demonstrations, gathering client feedback, and sharing files from their computers, showcasing its versatility and utility for various sharing needs.
