A questionnaire is then sent out through an email link to a maximum of 50 chosen respondents, typically consisting of line managers, supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates selected to evaluate the individual in question, referred to as the "target" or "self." To facilitate this, the 360-degree feedback process typically involves the participant selecting around 7-10 colleagues, referred to as 'raters,' who will complete an online questionnaire designed to evaluate the traits associated with effective leadership. Each rater reflects on the participant's performance in relation to each question posed in the feedback survey, while the participant also assesses their own behaviors through a self-evaluation. The click-360 platform then compiles the feedback, generating an anonymous report that incorporates both quantitative scores and qualitative comments. This insightful report should ideally be shared with the participant by a trained coach or a line manager equipped with the requisite skills for delivering constructive feedback, facilitating a deeper understanding of their leadership capabilities.
