Description
Macfleet is a leading cloud provider specializing in dedicated Mac mini rentals powered exclusively by Apple silicon, such as M2 and M4 Pro chips, designed for developers and creative professionals. The service offers high-performance bare-metal systems hosted in a European data center with full root access, avoiding the limitations of virtual machines. Macfleet supports a wide range of demanding use cases including AI development, video editing, software building, and productivity tasks, optimized for popular developer stacks and Apple’s MLX framework. Customers enjoy scalable infrastructure that allows them to deploy anywhere from a single Mac mini to thousands, with no long-term contracts and immediate availability. The platform features high-speed 1 GB/s network connections, fixed IPv4 addresses, and seamless remote access via VNC and SSH. Macfleet also provides comprehensive documentation and native client apps to simplify setup and management across macOS, Windows, and Linux. This cloud Mac service delivers a cost-effective, flexible, and secure alternative to physical hardware. It is trusted by thousands of users globally, including major corporations and development teams.
Description
Efficient and cost-effective centralized deployment to bare-metal and varied hardware allows for the seamless upgrade of an entire computer fleet to the latest operating system while enabling the addition of new clients during an ongoing deployment session, and also allows for scheduling deployments specifically tailored for educational institutions. Deployment Manager serves as a sophisticated tool designed for original equipment manufacturers and IT departments, facilitating effective centralized deployment across computer networks of any scale. Every machine on the network is processed simultaneously through multicasting, with the option to switch to uni- or constant-casting when it proves more efficient. Whether remote or onsite, deployments can be executed manually or fully automated, and can be scheduled for cyclic client- or server-driven operations. It is possible to prepare target machines for deployment by booting them from custom bootable media or through the network. Moreover, it supports specific client hardware requirements, such as the injection of storage and NIC drivers. Finally, the Paragon post-configuration scripting allows for the creation of an optimal working environment tailored to enhance the end user experience. This comprehensive approach ensures that organizations can maintain productivity and streamline their IT operations efficiently.
