Description

Legal Hub Group is an online platform designed for legal filing and matter tracking, featuring Lexary, an AI tool for checking court documents alongside various legal support services. This innovative portal enables law firms, attorneys, paralegals, legal teams, and individuals representing themselves to upload legal documents, identify common filing problems, and submit electronic filings to designated California courts. With Lexary, users can easily spot missing signatures, dates, and essential case information, while also optimizing file formats and decreasing file sizes when necessary. Additionally, the platform monitors the status of filings and the return of court-stamped documents, and it facilitates nationwide process-serving and skip-tracing requests. Clio Manage integration enhances the connection between filing and service processes and ongoing legal matters. Furthermore, connections with Claude and ChatGPT assist in checking documents, reviewing filing status, and preparing drafts; users can conveniently review and submit their drafts through the portal. E-filing services are available starting at $14.99 per submission, plus applicable court fees, court-system charges, and card-processing costs. Moreover, Lexary is complimentary with filings, allowing users to perform up to five checks per day without the need for an account, making it an accessible resource for various legal professionals and self-represented filers. This combination of features not only streamlines the legal filing process but also enhances the efficiency of legal workflows.

Description

Stenobox serves as an alternative to MaxScribe for digital and electronic court reporters along with legal transcriptionists. By uploading audio from court proceedings or depositions, Stenobox generates a formatted draft of the transcript that includes verbatim dialogue, speaker identification, and proper court date and case formatting, along with headers for examinations and features for interpreter management. Instead of starting from a blank page, users receive a nearly complete draft which they can review against the original audio before certifying it as the official record. The platform primarily focuses on producing the transcripts while allowing users to verify their accuracy without the need to retype everything. Additionally, there is a built-in review mechanism that highlights areas that may require attention, and clicking on any word directly plays back that moment from the recording for easy cross-referencing. Plans run $129 a month for 25 audio hours, $199 for 50, or $349 for 100, with $25 buying 5 more hours — no per-minute charges — and a 7-day trial is offered for new users to explore the service. The subscription operates on a month-to-month basis, allowing users to cancel whenever they wish. Uploaded audio is automatically deleted after 30 days unless users opt to retain it until they manually delete it, and the recordings are never repurposed for creating any other products. This ensures the privacy and integrity of the user's files throughout their experience with Stenobox.
