InteGreat Web Services simplifies the process of engaging with both Collabrance and GreatAmerica while users remain within their main business management systems. In conjunction with ConnectWise, Collabrance has developed a ticketing integration that enables Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to effortlessly transfer tickets between themselves and Collabrance.
