If there are any changes in pricing, you can modify it from a single location, ensuring that all future billing reflects the adjusted rates. You also have the option to include as much information about your Farm or Stable that you want to be displayed on your Statements. Start by entering the horse's name and selecting an appropriate group, followed by inputting the Current Training and Board Rate for the upcoming billing period. Should you wish to alter the horse’s rate in the future, you can easily revisit this form to make the necessary adjustments. The form is rich with various fields for your horse’s details, most of which are optional and marked in black. Often, there may be a need to generate a report containing this information, though the decision to do so is entirely yours.
