It facilitates read-only access to various systems including PSA, RMM, Microsoft 365, security, backup, and billing, enabling teams to pose inquiries in straightforward English. Users are empowered to generate traceable reports, dashboards, charts, and scheduled checks, while also utilizing read-only AI agents with the ability to review source tool calls. Administrators manage access based on individual users and platforms, ensuring that credentials are securely maintained server-side. The functionality of Switchboard can be accessed through its web application or via compatible MCP clients such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Cursor. This versatility allows managed service providers to enhance their operational efficiency and streamline communication across different systems.

Additional Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace client tenants are $10/month. Monthly and annual billing are available, with no onboarding fee. Accepted beta MSPs receive 50% off seats and client tenants for their first paid year; dedicated infrastructure is excluded from that discount.
