Centralize all your organization's video assets from countless sources within our secure cloud platform. By integrating various data sources with video content, you can create a user-friendly interface designed for quick evidence retrieval. Thanks to low-bandwidth streaming capabilities across multiple devices, users can easily access data, including on mobile devices while in the field. Each Data Transparency account includes a personalized instance of our specialized request form, alleviating the burden of Subject Access Requests from your personnel. This not only protects staff from potential liability associated with misdirected, mishandled, or lost requests but also enhances operational efficiency. The submissions processed through your dedicated Data Transparency request form automatically gather the requestor's information alongside their specific request, minimizing the need for repetitive communication and allowing your team to focus their efforts more effectively. This streamlined process ultimately leads to a more efficient system for managing requests and maintaining compliance.

Terriqon is a platform designed for offline-first field data collection that includes an integrated AI reporting feature. Field officers can gather data on their mobile devices without needing internet connectivity, and the submissions will sync automatically once they are back online. The forms are equipped to handle GPS data, photos, skip logic, and calculations, and can directly import existing XLSForm files, allowing teams transitioning from SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox, or ODK to avoid the hassle of recreating their forms from scratch. In contrast to conventional field data tools that merely export raw data to a business intelligence application, Terriqon creates comprehensive narrative reports based on the collected data, which address various aspects such as project performance, operations, and donor and portfolio reporting, complete with an approval process before any information is disseminated externally. With role-based access controls, the platform clearly distinguishes between organization administrators, managers, and field officers. Additionally, terminology and report templates can be customized according to the type of organization, ensuring that NGOs, conservation programs, construction teams, asset inspection crews, and research organizations can all communicate using their specific language and context effectively. This tailored approach not only enhances understanding but also fosters collaboration among diverse teams working on various projects.
