Pull cast and crew from Apple Contacts or import a vCard or CSV, set general and personal call times, and lay out the run of day with locations, company moves, meals and the forecast. The sheet can show a true-north Sun Path with the sun's bearing and elevation for the location, and a Site Map marked on satellite imagery.
When you publish, each person gets a private link and a current PDF, with no app or account to install. You see who viewed and who confirmed, and when a call time moves, the resend preselects only the people it affects. A Wrap Sheet thanks the crew at the end of the day and tells them how to invoice.
