Description
Most HR platforms are built for the enterprise, then squeezed to fit organizations that were never really their intended customer. Ours works the other way around. Since 2007, our team has focused specifically on serving CARF-accredited nonprofits, social-service agencies, and small-to-midsize businesses, supporting workforces anywhere between 30 and 10,000 people.
Pricing reflects that focus. A business analysis ($799, $199 for nonprofits) comes first, followed by a $500, three-month trial that covers setup, configuration, and monthly consultant check-ins, with no long-term contract waiting at the end of it. Walk away if it isn't the right fit.
Compliance works the same way. Because a CARF surveyor is part of our team, guidance on Community Living, Ministry of Children and Families, and equivalent U.S. state reporting requirements is built into how the platform operates, not offered as an afterthought.
