Payments can be automated through a flexible selection process for invoices, and numerous check formats are available to accommodate specific needs. The system also supports the creation of prepayments when necessary and allows for checks to be voided or reprinted as required. Furthermore, an unlimited number of expense account distributions can be assigned to each invoice, and up to eight default expense accounts with percentage allocations can be configured for each vendor.
