Description
Ideagen Please Review is a browser-based platform for co-authoring, reviewing and redacting documents where audit trails matter. Reviewers work against a single master document, with parallel or sequential review workflows, intelligent merging of accepted changes and every version timestamped and attributed. Document owners set permissions down to individual paragraphs with the Zone feature, share documents with external partners through secure links and follow progress through dashboards and notifications. Comments from multiple reviewers are consolidated in one place and linked to the sections they refer to. Redaction is EMA Policy 70-ready. Integrates with Veeva Vault and Documentum D2 and runs natively inside Ideagen Quality Management. Supports teams from two to 200+ reviewers.
