SendOps helps marketing, product, and development teams build automated customer journeys using the Amazon SES account they own. Its email workflows support welcome series, onboarding, trial conversion, abandoned-cart follow-ups, and win-back campaigns.
Teams can create journeys visually without code, or use readable SendFlow definitions, the API, and AI agents through MCP. Product activity, segment changes, dates, and recognized website visits can start a workflow. Branching, behavioral waits, personalized messages, conversion exits, and webhook steps let teams adapt each follow-up to the customer. SMS, push notifications, and application actions can be connected through webhooks.
Contact management, dynamic segmentation, consent, reusable templates, broadcasts, shadow-mode rehearsals, and delivery and engagement analytics support the workflow lifecycle. Message search, deliverability alerts, DMARC monitoring, and inbound email are also available.
SendOps uses flat platform subscriptions without per-contact or per-email SendOps charges. A free plan is available, and AWS usage is billed separately. A guided, keyless AWS connection keeps delivery on your own SES infrastructure; existing transactional email continues independently of SendOps.
