    Summary: To generalize, this application has an excellent functionality in managing business itinerary patterns, giving us data collected from previous events to intuitively schedule others; in addition to clarifying when and where to do our tasks. Although ultimately leaves much to be desired the fact of not having alerts and notifications.

    Positive: This program provides us with tools for creating, planning, managing and adapting schedules to fulfill all our tasks. It offers us a very simple functionality for the elaboration of detailed schedules where we can determine dates of appointments, meetings, payments, among others. In addition, it provides a search option and data collection in our calendars to simplify our duties and tasks.

    Negative: The main disadvantage of this application is that it does not provide a system of alerts and notifications for tasks or duties that are due or are soon to be fulfilled, which forces us to run a constant monitoring of the application to determine when and what are the functions to be performed.

    Summary: Xoyondo is a good option for those small companies that want to technologically optimize their operation, with this application you can make appointment schedules, tasks and staff organization. However, it does not have the tools that other applications of the same type usually have.

    Positive: Xoyondo is an application that creates and shares schedules within your company for work and task schedules, notes meeting itineraries at events or with staff inside or outside the organization with exact dates and times based on work simplification and labor productivity.

    Negative: Although this application is very useful when it comes to streamline performance and labor productivity, it lacks many options such as staff planning, automatic scheduling in real time or the simple fact that it does not have a system of notifications and alerts.
