Summary: Monday.com has helped us to eliminate the use of spreadsheets and has streamlined our system for managing our projects in house from the moment we win a job to creating a schedule for billing the client. We have even been able to share a board with a client to help improve communication for some of our larger projects. Super tool, easy to use! And I feel like we have just scratched the surface of everything Monday.com can do for us!

Positive: We utilize Monday.com to manage hundreds of projects from beginning to end. The ability to code each phase of the project, add them to specific groups, and sort and find them as needed throughout the life of the project makes the entire process seamless. We also use the same groups in Monday.com for forecasting which more than pays for any associated costs of the program. We have been able to very carefully customize our projects in a way that carries them through to completion without skipping any critical steps along the way. Monday.com has completely streamlined our Project Management process!

Negative: The only thing we've come across thus far that has caused a slight hiccup is the systems inability to notify us when we have created duplicate project numbers. There may be a way to write a rule for this but I haven't found it just yet.

Summary: My overall experience with monday.com is great. I appreciate the ease of use and the customer service support.

Negative: The vast features of monday.com requires continuous training of new users during and after implementation.

Summary: Our experience was absolutely great. From day one we are getting benefits using this platform. The overall platform is very useful for marketing, sales and projects.

Positive: The most beneficial attribute of Monday.com is its agile management and convertible workflows. We selected this because of its multi-ability of management ( Projects, sales, marketing and remote accessing. ) from one dashboard. It helps to make the team organized and collaborated.

Negative: In its project planning function, there are some lag issues.

Summary: Altogether, it is quite an impressive app. It provides a lot of tools to manage nearly every work-related stuff. It has enough features it can be used as CRM as well.

Positive: People should choose monday.com as you can manage your work projects as well as clients in one place. It has a great user interface and well-structured features to manage everything at ease. You can track your projects, clients details and activity.

Negative: Having too much of features makes it a bit hard to understand it first, but with help support, you can pass that too.

Summary: A lot of people would describe Monday.com as "a spreadsheet on steroids," and that's not totally wrong. A lot of what you can do here can be done in a spreadsheet. But when you dig a little deeper, you'll find flexible, powerful features that would otherwise require a lot of additional software on top of your spreadsheet.

Positive: Monday.com is a powerful, table-based organizational tool. The intuitive interface looks like a spreadsheet. That simplicity is welcoming, but belies all of the functionality you get. Monday includes a number of functional templates that serve as a great starting point for things like project management, schedule tracking, and collaboration. You can track basically any type of work with it. I use it for project management and content creation scheduling and tracking. The templates got me up and running quickly, the tool is built for collaborating with colleagues on your projects, and there are integrations with dozens of other online tools and services. The calendar integration in particular helps me share information on projects beyond my team.

Negative: The biggest con is probably the pricing model. Overall, it's a fair price for online subscription software, but as you increase users, the cost scales up quickly. Also, the interface can be a little slow switching from board to board - and if you're using it effectively, you'll have lots of boards for different projects. This happens with a lot of cloud-based software, but I hope they can make it a little more responsive.

Negative: We tried and very unhappy with its time tracker function, it automatically fluctuates on every start.
