    Summary: Very happy with Membermeister, it is worth every penny. Constantly evolving with a friendly team on hand with quick responses to email queries.

    Positive: The team are on hand for very quick responses to queries. Service is continually improving and reduced admin hours across our whole team.

    Negative: The only option missing currently is a recital/show planner.

    Summary: I did my research, compared prices and features and found membermeister was the best by far! Plus their customer support teams are UK based which was important to me. The free trial was really simple, their emails guided me through the set up, I had lots of support from Nathan and I was live and kicking within a few days. Being able to automate my monthly payments so they go out of parents accounts without me having to do anything is just a life saver, it will save me so much time! 5 stars from me - highly recommended!

    Positive: Their customer service people are all based in the UK which was important to me and their transaction fees for GoCardless couldn't be beaten.

    Negative: I wanted a demo but they encouraged me to start a free trial to test it out for myself, it actually worked out really well in the end.
