Average Field Service Management Software Date: Jul 22 2021
Summary: Overall, I wouldn't recommend mHelpDesk. It's a big jump to move to a new software platform, because once you do, you feel stuck. We tried to a good job of vetting software before choosing, but I think mHelpDesk just had the best sales team, and we would have been better going with another platform.
Positive: The price is good. Also, it's nice to have a software that can do scheduling and invoicing, as well as send estimates.
Negative: The company claims it is very customizable, but we did not find the customizable features very helpful. Its customizable, but only in their contained boundaries, and it wasn't what we were needing. We've had consistent issues with our sales tax rates syncing with QB, and it has caused a lot of problems and wasted time. It's also not very user friendly, and the customer service isn't great.
