Summary: We enjoy the usability and multi-level functioning isolved provides. We currently use only a fraction of their suite of products but budget each year to implement another module.

Positive: Our dedicated trouble ticket team are on top of any issues and questions we have. I appreciate their fast service and relatable nature. They are communicative and responsive.

Negative: Growing pains as things move around have been a reality here and there but the fact that isolved is growing means great things for their clients.

Summary: Great product and great customer service. I highly recommend. The transition was easy because of the team.

Positive: Offers are great like payroll, recruitment, onboarding, reviews and engagement. Lot's of integration possibilities.

Negative: The overall interface could be better especially for mobile.

Negative: Not a lot of people know about the system and it can be intimidating if you don't know what you are looking at.

Negative: I wasn't a huge fan of how long it took to verify my account but I understand that it's necessary.

Summary: Overall the Isolved system is the best software I've used, after 4 other systems in my 8 years working in payroll and HR i will be recommending this for any company looking for a great system

Positive: Easy to use, and easy to find things. The the employee self-service is a great tool and one of the best i've used

Negative: There is still some room for improvement, some menus could use updating and the search function should be able to find anything in the system not just the menu options.

Summary: Has been a positive experience over the 3+ years I've been using the software. Looking forward to the future!

Summary: Overall it's been super positive. I love using iSolved and really appreciate the robust learning materials provided to us via the University.

Positive: I love iSolved because it is easy to use and easy to teach my clients to use, even if they aren't the most tech-confident people.

Negative: Sometimes making edits on the time cards can be a little finnicky but I can usually find a work-around.

Summary: Overall great system with amazing customization options. Isolved allows you to have a lot of freedom when building your business.

Positive: You can create just about any type of business profile! The system is super detailed and tailored for all businesses.

Negative: The system can be too confusing for users not super tech informed.

Summary: Overall I would highly recommend iSolved for payroll. I know they offer HR services and 401k services as well.

Positive: Makes payroll so much easier. Easy to get through the process and submit quickly. Love that they take care of the taxes for us (monthly and quarterly). Less stress on my part. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful. Isolved has made payroll a great experience.

Negative: It is a little frustrating when I have an additional payroll for end of year and I can't just add the payroll in myself. All of the training courses I've done through the University shows you how to add one in yourself, but I have never had that access even though it says we do. Other than that it's been a great experience.

Summary: Isolved makes payroll processing a smooth process and very easy to use. Customization of the software to meet all your clients needs is totally attainable.

Positive: This product saves me so much time! What use to take the last lady almost all day on Fridays takes me less than an hour on Wednesdays. I LOVE iSOLVED!!!!

Negative: With our last program that we used, I could go in the parameters of the system generated reports & tweak them (add or remove columns) to better suit my needs. Sometimes the system reports give blank columns or more info than I need at that time.
