Summary: Our agents struggle with handling all of the customer requests since we receive a vast number of questions via e-mail. Initially, we implemented a live chat solution, but we realized that it did not provide additional value to our customers. However, with e-bot7's solution we realize great automation of our customer service and, thus, are able to reduce waiting times and increase customer satisfaction. Can recommend!
Positive: The set-up of the solution was extremely easy - thanks to the e-bot7 team that works with dedication and incorporates any request we raise. Furthermore, the virtual assistant can be easily customized and rolled out in different languages, making their solution very valuable to us. Besides, the automation rate increases the more customer requests the chatbot handles, further freeing up our agents' capacity.
Negative: In the beginning, there were are few issues that have been solved instantly. Also, e-bot7 has different packages available which made our choice difficult; hence, one needs to be sure of the customer services' vision.

Negative: To date, we have only experienced minor issues that we would want to be added such as further options to analyze the virtual assistant's performance.

Positive: We like that e-bot7's solution is able to serve our international customer base with the different languages that are offered. We also like the easy-to-use dashboard (you can easily manage content and receive insightful analytics) as well as the fact that the chatbot is getting smarter over time (without manual effort from our agents). On top of that, e-bot7 is very supportive - they ensure that our use cases turn out to be highly successful and beneficial for our organization.
Negative: Generally, there is not much to complain about. In the beginning, we were missing a few features in the chatbot builder platform.

Summary: After implementing e-bot7's solution, our customer service agents do not have to deal with repetitive customer requests anymore and, hence, can focus on more complex requests right away. Our recent customer survey revealed an increase in customer satisfaction as they do not experience long waiting times anymore. As our international customer base continues to grow, we are considering to expand the solution.
Positive: After having tried different vendors, we can tell that ebot7's solution is the one we like best: The interface is very intuitive; e.g., changing functionalities of the chatbot is simple and does not require any technical knowledge. The e-bot7 team has been super supportive in the beginning as they were very attentive by helping us to decide which package fits our needs best, setting up demo calls, and ensured a smooth onboarding and implementation of the solution.
Negative: There is not really anything to complain about. In the beginning when the solution was implemented we felt that the analytics section could have been more insightful through additional statistics. However, e-bot7 constantly worked on improving that section,

Positive: Before we became aware of the solution of e-bot7, we never looked into the topic of AI: We thought it was too complex on the one hand and too expensive on the other. However, the team of e-bot7 showed us very clearly by means of specific use cases how our customer service would benefit. And this does not require any technical understanding on the part of our agents. Shortly after e-bot7's solution was implemented, we realized that the majority of our customers use the solution with great satisfaction. Now, after 2 years of cooperation we have saved a huge load of money - it's definitely worth it!
Negative: Initially, the Zendesk integration was a bit bumpy; however, e-bot7 solved the problem right after they were informed.

Summary: Solving customer requests quickly. We saw customer satisfaction (relating to customer service) decrease and, thus, lost customers to competition. With e-bot7 we are able to tackle this problem!
Positive: We are impressed by the ease of use of e-bot7's solution. Everything included is intuitive as well as easy to handle, especially the console to create dialogues and edit the virtual assistant's settings. There is no need at all to include developers in this process! Besides, the integration with our CRM system was going frictionless.
Negative: Search functionalities within the console are quite limited. This is a suggestion that we communicated to e-bot7, they are working on this.

Summary: We have been with a different vendor before, e-bot7 stands out though: The solution reduces the workload of our customer service agents which turns out to be beneficial for both our agents and our customers since they receive support instantly.
Positive: The Customer Success team of e-bot7 is super helpful and always available, striving to get our use cases implemented as soon as possible. Besides, our agents do really like the user experience with the console and dashboard, incl. tools to, e.g., receive insights about conversations. Also, e-bot'7s solution has been integrated seamlessly into our Customer Service platform, no hassle at all.
Negative: Nothing huge to mention here; smaller issues have been instantly resolved by e-bot7.
