    Very complete surveys but one feature is missing.

    Summary: Although Zoho Survey currently does not have the feature to require customers to answer some survey fields, I consider this to be a minor flaw that can be easily fixed by the Zoho team. I thank this great platform for having exceeded my expectations, I have obtained quite innovative results in my company with the help of Zoho Survey, I have been able to share my surveys with the various social networks linked to Zoho, in addition, it has an excellent integration with the CRM system which has helped us to offer surveys to qualify our work done in the CRM process after making a sale. It is a very complete survey service and very easy to use.

    Positive: Zoho Survey is a very complete platform to design surveys and that has an integration with the Zoho service, to allow surveys to be shared more easily with a specific audience. Zoho Survey has provided various positive factors in our company, it has been a platform that has met our expectations and has provided a fully functional system, one of the things that we liked the most was:

    - Zoho Survey has excellent synchronization and integration with the Zoho service. Thanks to this integration I have been able to create surveys and share them more easily, I can share the surveys on my social networks with the help of the integration with Zoho Social, in addition, I can have a better sales process thanks to the fact that it also has an excellent integration with the Zoho CRM service, is a platform that you can take full advantage of because it works on the Zoho network.

    - The response reports that we get when a survey ends are quite detailed, it shows us how many people the survey has reached, and it also shows us the customer rejection rate. With this rejection rate we can know the number of customers who did not want to complete the survey. The reports are very detailed and help us understand how effective it has been for the clients we've sent it to.

    - The surveys designed in Zoho Survey are quite complete with respect to their design. Zoho Survey offers surveys with a different quality, a quite modern style and a much more formal organization of information. I thank you for these excellent template designs, they are quite useful.

    Negative: During our experience, the vast majority of factors that have emerged are positive, currently, we have only noticed one negative thing about Zoho Survey and that we believe that it should be optimized to achieve much more secure surveys, where the information that is written in the response fields, be correct information. The fact I will mention is:

    - In Zoho Survey we cannot create required response fields. It is not possible to add a mandatory field for them to go to the other section of the survey, this has caused that sometimes we receive responses to the surveys without being fully completed, some clients leave some fields blank and do not fill them in with the information requested, this has caused us to review the answers very carefully.

    Summary: The paid version of Zoho Survey is fantastic, I really don't have any kind of problem with its general functioning. My overall experience with this platform has been totally successful, I have had the opportunity to create much more optimized surveys and I have also been able to collect responses from interviewees instantly, without having to wait a certain amount of time for responses to be processed. I am happy with the Zoho Survey service and with the ease that it has provided me to create surveys thanks to its excellent drag and drop creator, it is a platform that has an incredible future and that helps any company to interview clients of simple way.

    Positive: What company would not like to have a facility when conducting all kinds of questionnaires? Zoho Survey is considered one of the best options for conducting online surveys and collecting information from interviewees in just an instant. What I like the most about Zoho Survey is that I can conduct surveys with an extensive list of templates pre-designed by Zoho and which help me to give a greater touch of creativity to all my surveys, these templates adapt to all types of subject since they have varied designs and colors for all occasions. In addition, another of the things that I love about Zoho Survey is that it has excellent connectivity with the Zoho Analytics service, which allows me to have a comprehensive analysis of all the performance or traffic that each survey has generated since it was sent.

    Negative: Zoho Survey has too limited a free trial. Currently, this free trial allows users to prepare surveys which can be completed by customers without having to complete all the questions, this causes the questionnaire to not be completed in its entirety and there are always missing answers. The paid version of Zoho Survey forces the user to complete the questionnaire in order to be sent successfully, but the free version has this loophole which brings many problems for those users who are testing Zoho Survey functionalities.

I consider that my experience with Zoho Survey has been really good, since this platform has allowed me to create much more optimized surveys where I can collect more information from the interviewee, and I can also collect information in less time, since we receive all the responses in real time. In addition, Zoho Survey has excellent integration with the other Zoho services, which has allowed me to get even more out of it, since with the integration of the Analytics service, I can know exactly the trend of my surveys.

    Positive: Zoho Survey is the best way today to create, develop and manage large number of surveys within a business environment. What I like the most about Zoho Survey is that it gets along very well with the integration of Zoho services, which has allowed me to associate it with the Analytics service, and thus be able to know exactly what type of traffic I am getting through the surveys that I send to all my clients.
