Summary: My overall experience with Zoho Analytics was really positive, because this platform has saved me a lot of time within my work zone and has made the manual work of analyzing each data source unnecessary. I am very happy to use Zoho Analytics because it automatically makes future predictions so I can visualize the direction that each data source is taking depending on the data collected. This platform is very easy to use, Zoho Analytics is able to integrate with any platform such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Forms, which makes us get even more benefits and we can analyze the performance of our services used, with clients.

Its design is compact and very organized, you can view all the generated graphs, the collected reports and all the connected data sources, from the same panel section.

Positive: Zoho Analytics is an excellent platform for the general analysis of all the services and functionalities of a company. One of the things I currently like the most about Zoho Analytics is that it offers me an automatic integrated analysis, which is capable of collecting all the information obtained from any product, web page, or any service that we are using from Zoho or from any data source. This platform is capable of analyzing all the information from a data source automatically, something that saves us a lot of time. Also, another feature that I like is that it gives me a good overview of all the data sources, and I can also see reports generated in the main panel. It should be noted that this panel can be easily edited thanks to its "drag and drop" system.

Negative: For now, I have no complaints about the services and features Zoho Analytics has provided us during its operation. I consider that this platform is very well done, its work structure and its user panel are very well organized and it helps that any data source can be analyzed in a matter of seconds. I am very happy that I am currently using Zoho Analytics in my work area.
