Summary: From 1 to 5, I consider that my general experience has been a 4. ZipRecruiter technical support did not serve us very well when we started using this platform, however, with the help of our employees, we managed to learn how to use the entire platform , so technical support was not something that affected us that much. Also, even though the free trial period was quite limited, we solved all of this by purchasing one of the ZipRecruiter plans. For this reason, I consider that I have had a good experience with this platform, we have been able to make very good hires, we have been able to obtain new employees who are really trained to develop their functions and knowledge within our business area.

Positive: ZipRecruiter is one of the best platforms that currently exist for the recruitment of employees for any company in any area. What I liked the most about ZipRecruiter was this:

1.- It has a fairly good system which shows detailed information on candidates for a job, this helps me to know what each person is doing and whether they are suitable to perform their functions and knowledge within our business sector .
2.- It has an excellent direct messaging system, which allows me to be in direct contact with any candidate I wish to hire. In addition, it allows me to send an invitation through the same platform, so that the candidate can present himself for the interview.
3.- When I search for a candidate for a specific area, ZipRecruiter shows me candidates of very good quality, compared to other platforms that offered me candidates without so much work experience.

Negative: One of the things that I do not like about ZipRecruiter is that it has a fairly limited trial period, which only allows you to see 5 results of candidates for a job, it does not allow you to view all the results if you have not purchased a ZipRecruiter plan . In addition, we had several doubts regarding the operation of this platform, and when we contacted technical support, they gave us very poor service, they took a long time to help us and the answer was not so precise.

Summary: I was able to do what I needed to do, and I found a candidate. I just wish they made the interface a little more user-friendly, and easier to track and manage the status of each candidate.

Positive: I have used the service for a few months now, and I have had success finding applicants. It's easy to look at people that you want to communicate with and have a matching skillset.

Negative: It is hard to manage and track the candidates once they've applied. There's really no way to manage this well, so I ended up printing out each resume and writing notes on it.

Summary: ZipRecruiter does a good job at matching candidate resumes to what you are looking for based on your job post. It is a little pricey, but you tend to get more qualified candidates.

Positive: ZipRecruiter allowed us to get candidates sent to us instead of having to search for them. We also used the traditional job postings with ZipRecruiter. It was easy to use.

Negative: ZipRecruiter is a little pricey. Compared to sites like Indeed, there is a heftier cost for ZipRecruiter. We used ZipRecruiter for management levels and higher.
