Positive: Honestly, the amount of customizability and integration on all store platforms is amazing. We have not been able to find any other programs like it. The whole process of setting it up has been a breeze as well. You have someone helping every step of the way. We have had Justin and he has been awesome. We get all our questions answered and if there is something he does not know he figures it out. Will definitely recommend and use this platform for as long as we are around.

Negative: So far there has not been anything that I do not like.

Summary: No complaints at all, I love the system! Its customizable to match your site, you can change the name to your own reward campaign, its just great!

Positive: Easy to use and follow - design and set up is cohesive and its easy to pop into the admin to find what you need.

Negative: Perhaps some more reward tiers for the lower level users?

Summary: The Zinrelo team and application is an ongoing beautiful and rewarding experience, for both us as store owners or our customers , the overall it is an impressive work, not only the application code but the readiness of the staff.

Positive: The application was a a great solution to reward our 3dcart - Shift4shop / ecommerce.
This platform is missing a significant reward system to keep customers happy and entertained, or they have a reward system that is not really convincing.
Zinrelo filled that Gap amazingly, and our customers now and retuning and happy, they can earn rewards and promote their tiers, it gave more life to after sale process and pre-sale process.

Negative: Some little difficulties in customization or coding, some limits at importing or customer or data base importing or exporting, but this is compensated by the support team promptness.

Summary: Highly recommended. We have used this for over 2 years. Customers like to use the features. Interface is easy.

Positive: Customers really appreciate and enjoy the point system. Interface is easy to use. Integrated seamlessly with ASPDOTNET.

Negative: Depending on users, the software can be a little pricey.

Summary: It is a good service, but it can always be improved. Software is good, but customer service is not something strong.

Positive: Really easy to use. The interface is very friendly and the installation is not hard at all. Haven't had any problems with the software.

Negative: Since our account manager changed i have not been getting any types of monthly or quarterly reports and suggestions.

Summary: Overall, we are happy with what Zinrelo is providing us. We are seeing a great return and returning customers.

Positive: Because our point of sale system does not tie with Zinrelo, we love that we are able to manually add points to accounts.

Negative: Some hidden features we didn't know exist and aren't familiar with how they work. A "how to" guide would be beneficial.
