    Good for basic needs of a spa

    Summary: Good for basic spa needs and operations. Good for first year of operations and getting the hang of using a software for beginners especially staff members who are not tech savvy. Not bad.

    Positive: I like the onboarding process, their team was very efficient & professional in making sure the uploading of data is properly done and training of staff and admin are comprehensive. Great team.

    Customer Support is also awesome. They're practically available all the time, save for holidays. Easy to talk to, all requests are attended to and they try to address requests for new features as much as they can.

    System is generally easy to use and customize, but again, they have basic features.

    Negative: Limitations on form features --- user-interface, availability of signature and image uploading cannot be done.

    Almost no integration with other apps or platforms.

    Data filtering is hard and data you can export is limited to two months at a time, you would need to consolidate manually if you want more than 2 mos' worth of data.

    App shows limited data only.

    Customer Data can be improved. Hard to filter relevant categories.
