    Deceptive business practice

    Summary: It was fine if you are evaluating order of magnitude proposal but don't count on it if you are building detail proposal.

    The biggest issue is their deceptive business practice for billing support and IT support. The website is klunky and quits on you unexpectedly. There have been so many weekends outages and you can't get a hold of IT. The kicker is the subscription services. You can't cancel online even though you registered online. You have to call them and then email them to confirm confirmation. The company has the balls to keep invoicing me when my credit card has finally expired since they make it so difficult to cancel. I am not even sure what it's good for to be honest.

    Positive: Dumb down version of RS Means assemblies.
    Residential order of magnitude type work is fine. There is no other pros. If you are looking to check a box that you did an ESI, maybe this is an ok product.

    Negative: Does not have all the typical structural MEP components.
    IT service is dismal.
    Deceptive business practice on subscription services.

    Summary: The part that was crazy is that I actually have documentation from them saying that they support what I was saying.
    I asked for my money back and they would not give a refund.

    Negative: This was the worst decision I made in my 35 + years in the insurance restoration industry... We tried to make it work but it was such old technology and still in beta.
    I thought maybe it was me but I had my IT guy sit brown with me and he said it was a joke.
