Summary: While is a powerful project manager. We use Wrike with Slack integration, it gives us one better solution to manage everything within the Slack app. It makes it easy to manage multiple projects. We are very positive toward this app

Summary: Wrike has been able to become a software that is stable enough and provides reliability to our work process, it has improved our efficiency greatly and it has been a great partner when it comes to helping us organize all our workload and simplify it into a couple of steps that help guide the process and make it so much more smooth than before. Our team performance has improved significantly and it has been easier to plan all our projects ahead of time, complete all our tasks, and visualize all the progress that each individual team member has done, as well as the road ahead and how much is left to be done.

Positive: Wrike is an amazing software that has the capability to centralize all work done inside a business, it gathers many aspects of project collaboration and joins them all in one single platform for easier management of all projects.
-The planification of projects is very intuitive, it allows us to plan from scratch different aspects of a project and work on every little detail without leaving anything important behind, it works really well because Wrike is constantly updating its data and this aspect allows us to be updated during every stage that a project is in and know what we need to do in order to make progress and finish our projects in a timely manner.
-Wrike also offers a good simplification process for our team, it allows us to automate a good variety of tasks, saving us a lot of time and providing us with great tools to work better as a team, creating a streamlined process that fits our work schedule and makes dealing with certain aspects of our job easier; it allows us to have more specific spaces for each area of our work, breaking it down into steps or stages that make the completion of it faster.
-With Wrike’s reporting features, it is easy to analyze important key metrics that impact the way we present every campaign, we are able to track our progress and get reports in real time about the state of our campaigns and know how well they are doing, what aspects are more interesting to the public, and its ability to shorten all the information to simple but concise elements that make everything easier to understand and interpret into analytics.

Negative: We have been implementing Wrike for a while now, and while we have been very pleased with the great features included and the results that it has shown over time, there are a few aspects of it that I have found to be disappointing and feel like they could be heavily improved in order to provide a better service. The first negative point that I have noticed while using Wrike is the fact that the mobile version is very limited, it does not include the same features as the desktop version and that makes it more difficult to complete certain tasks because not all tools are available and the interface does not seem familiar because of it, this could be improved by adding some more tools that are in the desktop version so the daily tasks and be speed up even while some of us are working remotely on our phones. The second negative point is that I have experienced some errors when trying to work offline and then synchronizing the changes made once there is a connection to wifi. Sometimes, the changes are not saved and the work done offline will be completely erased with no chance of recovering, this has caused frustration sometimes, which is why I avoid working offline inside Wrike.

Summary: Wrike helps any company to have a project management service in an optimal way, I must admit that since I started using this platform I have been able to have a correct administration of all the projects, I do not have any type of complaint regarding the functions general, I have always been able to manage events within my sector in general. The main reason why I started using this software is because within our company it is very necessary to manage events to have proper control of them and of the activities carried out by our employees, as the manager in charge of all the projects of our company , this platform has been really useful, since I can manage all the projects of all our employees in general, regardless of the sector in which they are located. I have noticed that this platform is not only used to manage projects, but also to measure the workforce of each of the employees separately, when you are going to generate a detailed report of the activities carried out by an employee, you can freely select if you want the report has the number of hours worked by that employee integrated, so this helps you to create a report to your liking. Wrike is a platform that is totally worth it, since I started using one I have noticed significant changes within the administration of our projects, not also how our employees were being more responsible with the scheduled activities, since this platform sends us alerts and media then when an activity has not been completed correctly. Activity authorization has also helped us quickly complete projects, because authorization helps us focus all employees on a specific activity. This service is very complete, I recommend it for large companies that have good capital to pay for the high costs.

Positive: Any company around the world is interested in protecting their projects and managing them in a consolidated manner. There are currently many platforms which allow you to have a correct management of events, however, I have never seen a platform like Wrike before. Since this platform works as an all-in-one service, which helps you prioritize all kinds of projects, have real-time collaboration, have fast and qualified assistance and at the same time measure the work time of each one of the members of each project, it is a highly consolidated and complete service. Next, I will mention a couple of positive things about this service.

1.- Using this platform is totally free. When you first access it, you will be shown a window in which you will have to enter your corporate e-mail, then you will have to press a green button to obtain the free Wrike trial. It is important to mention that during this free trial you will only have access to a part of the functions offered by this platform, you will not have access to all functions in general. However, you will be able to access quite beneficial functions, such as the limited creation of events, you will be able to monitor events in real time, have a time measurement for each of the activities carried out, and much more.

2.- Another positive aspect of this service is that you can have immediate access to a set of tools such as the dynamic timeline. The diagrams offered within this service are quite efficient, because it helps you to see chronologically each one of the schedules that have been in each project in a specific way, you will be able to know the request of the task panels and the visual reports of each project , the diagrams offered are quite detailed and help you understand the path that a project will have from the beginning to the end.

3.- I love the task prioritization service, within the main panel I can access a specific project and view the activities or tasks that have been previously planned, in this way with just one click I can mobilize them and add a prioritization to each one of them, I am going to assign resources to each task, check the workload and prioritize the tasks that are most important, so that they are developed first. Within this prioritization panel I can also get a detailed report on the performance of the employees.

4.- Collaboration between work teams is one of the strongest points of this platform, because when I am developing a new task or I am developing an online activity, the platform will show the status of said activity, and it will also show me It will allow new participants to be added to it, so that they can develop this activity in real time and jointly. This function is quite important because it helps activities to be developed as a group, with mutual collaboration.

5.- The platform also works as a cloud service that offers massive storage, this function is extremely important because I can store all kinds of information, activity summaries and much more so that the participants in my work area can access those files immediately. When we are working together, these functions are important because the collaborators of one of my activities can access the material or information stored.

Negative: Wrike is a fairly complete service for developing short and long term projects, its general functionality helps to make projects easy to develop, with the collaboration of your work colleague, however, there are also a couple of negative things about this software, such as the high prices it offers for its plans, and I must also admit that the notification system is not optimal as it seems, Below, I will mention the negative things in detail.

1.- The plans of this project management platform are divided depending on the number of people you are going to add to your work area or to the project management service, it is important to highlight that when you try to add from five to 15 people, you will have to pay a fairly high price compared to the competition on this platform. I consider that this platform is quite expensive, which makes it difficult to be used in companies with a low budget or that do not have many employees, since this will delay the return on investment a bit. It would be excellent for this platform to implement a cost management system, in this way the user will be able to choose which of the functions is most interesting for their company, and thus reduce the high costs of this project management service.

2.- The notification panel works in real time, it is capable of sending me immediate notifications to my panel when I have been mentioned within a project or within a shared chat, it is also capable of sending me notifications when a new file has been uploaded within from my work area of ​​the platform. However, this notification system is not optimal, because I have noticed that it is not able to send notifications to my cell phone when this application is running in the background or when it is not working inside the cell phone. It would be great if when this application is not open, it sends me immediate notifications, because this will help me to be informed about the latest things that have happened within the projects that are being developed, This problem occurs within the version for computers and the version for mobile phones, you will not be able to notify me if you do not have the application open.

Summary: Ultimately our team moved away from Wrike due to low usage, high cost, and complaints of it not being user friendly. However I think a lot of that was due to a poor initial roll out of the tool and lack of user training.
