Summary: Overall, I have enjoyed using the program to highlight my teammates. The best part is you then get to see other highlights being talked about in your company so then you can celebrate those as well.
Positive: I love that Kazoo is a platform where we as a team and company can focus on positive "shout-outs" to people we work with. It has created a habit in myself where I look for great things that my teammates are doing and make sure to reward them for it. I also think it is fun to then using the reward points towards actual gifts.
Negative: You have to get quite a few points to even get a small reward/gift. Even though a focus of the platform is to get gifts from your redeemed points, it isn't that exciting since it is so hard to get items. So, I just focus on the opportunity to say good things about my teammates.

Positive: Kazoo helps in tracking progress of our work. Provides innovation and collaboration support. Integrates easily with calendar. Dashboards are very interactive. Easy to setup and understand. Using this software our team feels connected. Easily customisable features. All in one solution.
Negative: Very easy to use. No training is required. Good software. No cons.
