    Summary: The best value for money software I have found that manages your business processes and functions. Is great for serviced based industries to manage their entire business.

    Positive: 1. Fresh and new looking dashboard that is intuitive and easy to navigate.
    2. Packed full of features that covers all business functions.
    3. Great value for money
    4. Very customisable through settings, addons and third party integrations. Also have option for custom development to suit your own business.
    5. Customer support is fantastic. Very responsive and listen to customer feedback.
    6. Very dynamic and flexible permission layers for users.
    7. The form builder is the most dynamic and flexible one I have found.

    Negative: Would like to have quote and invoice templates. While you can convert existing quotes to invoices, it would be great to have pre built templates to choose from.
