Summary: Designs are nice, but useless in Outlook. What's the point of paying a subscription fee for something that winds up looking awfully rendered and asymmetrical, when utilized in arguably the leading email provider for businesses.

Positive: Elegant templates and designs. Fair amount of styles to choose from. Relatively easy interface and user-friendly generating tool.

Negative: Templates are not compatible with Outlook. If you try using/importing a Wisestamp generated signature into Outlook the results are unacceptably skewed. This is a known issue still unresolved years later. If you bring this up Wisestamp support they either play dumb, or shift the blame on Outlook.

Summary: Sharpens up the look of my correspondence without much time or effort to set it up. It makes messages I send recognizable puts all of my contact information in one neat place.

Positive: I looks good and the base plan is free. Another school in our district pays for it for their staff and it makes email from your student's teacher easy to recognize.

Negative: I don't know what those would be.m. I am using the free version of this product and I suppose that if I was using the paying version there might be features I'd want and not want to pay for. But, as it is, I like what I've got.

Summary: It’s good. Needs work on the customization and needs to be cheaper. I haven’t been able to convince any friends or clients to get it.

Positive: I like that WiseStamp works well. It works with several email clients, and it makes signatures look very good and professional.

Negative: It’s too expensive, and is not customizable enough.

Summary: I will recommend this stamp to everyone, very professional and user friendly setting up. I wish they gave small orders of business cards to attached.

Positive: Easy to set up and you do not have to keep redoing it. I Love the easy to read setups and you only have to set up once and it will last the whole year!

Negative: No complaints, I wish we could add color to the text or change the font.

Summary: Overall, easy to use interface and ability to change our signatures in real-time. We wanted to implement the program and the pricing was reasonable.

Ultimately our sr. leaders decided to hold off on the project, but if they were to pick it up, WiseStamp would be our vendor!

Positive: Loved how easy it was to manage our team's email signatures. While we only did a trial, it was very intuitive and their implementation team was very helpful.

Negative: Had some features that were in beta phase so we couldn't try it out. Requires server side permissions to implement some features.

Summary: I plan to use this moving forward for my company and plan to recommend this to others. Definitely a go to in comparison to competitors.

Positive: Not complicated to use. Very direct and does not require coding or anything that needs significant knowledge in tech.

Negative: I didn’t like the cost. More options for customizations as far as layouts but it has a good selection already.

Summary: I would highly recommend WiseStamp to any company looking to project consistent, professional messaging across all platforms.

Positive: WiseStamp has helped our team have consistent branding in our email signatures. They are professional and powerful.

Negative: While it's easy to see views of campaigns, it's not easy to see the actual clicks.

Summary: Great product! Looks good and very professional. Pricing is really good for the end product. Would recommend to anyone looking to utilize a custom signature.

Summary: Love the service overall!! Just a few small things I would like to update - like the mobile app versions, and more customization options.

Positive: Love the templates, and easy updates for all team members .WiseStamp makes it easy to sync with our email provider, which makes my life so much easier!

Negative: Need more mobile-friendly templates. Our signatures always end up HUGE in the mobile app of Outlook, so I had to create custom ones by copy/pasting the bulk of the WiseStamp signature but deleting the logo - but doing this for every team member on their mobile app is tedious. It won't sync with WiseStamp if I do it that way, and I can't use the original signature because the dimensions don't work.

Summary: I've created signatures from scratch in Gmail and Outlook for years, then thought being able to upload an image of a signature designed in Canva was the coolest thing since sliced bread. The trouble with that is the resolution was always funky, and it never looked good on mobile views. If I wanted to make a change, I had to reupload the image and couldn't make it clickable for multiple links (which I think are important in a modern signature). WiseStamp is so affordable I went for the paid option even though I'm a one-woman company. I love the templates and the banner feature has been great to get attendance to my webinars.

Positive: Easy to use and intuitive. Dynamic and auto-updates when a change is made. Templates make it easy to get started. Code blocks make it easy to install in all programs that I email from (CRM and invoicing).

Negative: I can't log in and edit signatures from my mobile browser.

Summary: Very helpful staff and easy to use. So easy to apply to your Gmail. My colleagues are always ask all mg where I got it from.

Positive: Easy to customize and great options. The options to customize are great! The colors they offer are awesome.

Negative: Nothing:) I can't find one thing to complain about.

Summary: Overall my experience with WiseStamp has been nothing but the best! I would recommend it to others looking for an email signature tool.

Positive: So easy to use! Low code and add in all the good stuff you need for your Company Signature. Also very easy to push to departments.

Negative: Haven't had any issues yet with it, but if anything comes up I will let everyone know!
