    Summary: Overall, I enjoyed using the Vrbo app. I definitely see myself using it again next time my family and I need to go on a vacation.

    Positive: I love the variety of places that are listed on the software. It is also a software that is user friendly. I am impressed by the app and how clean looking it is.

    Negative: I do feel that Vrbo has quite a few fees attached to the final payment compared to other platforms. Vrbo also doesn't have any one off rooms posted, only places where the whole place can be rented out.

    Summary: Very deceiving, after months from booking and paying your rental the owners can decide to cancel or raise your rental price without any recourse in your part.

    Positive: Easy booking, website reasonably well designed, good refund policies, lots of choices and use your own currency for booking.

    Negative: In the last year I made 3 booking at Vrbo, on 2 occasions after the payment was processed and booking confirmed the owner asked me for more money and canceled my booking because I refused and the other one, for no reason decided to cancel my booking.
    This behavior is unprofessional for a respected company and makes a fool of the client that use their services. The owner have no penalties for doing so, they abuse the client rights and
    jeopardize their vacation.
    A company with this behavior should not be allowed to operate with complete impunity from consumer affairs.

    Summary: We expected some sort of compensation for the cancellation besides the full refund. VRBO had 4000+ of our money for three months. Nothing! Good bye VRBO!! Hello AirB&B!!

    Negative: We were told today that our summer two month VRBO was being cancelled because the owner had a renter who wanted to extend his rental. With summer around the corner, we will have a hard time finding a comparable place for a comparable price. We dealt directly with the owner and VRBO to express our frustration.
