Summary: Awesome platform. When it identifies a new visitor, it uncovers their name, contact details, and business data. I love that I don't have to leave the platform to research a lead - it's all right there!

Summary: The product is great and the company is very professional. I would absolutely recommend them if you're curious about your website visitors.
Positive: The biggest pro is the ability to identify companies that are working remotely. Visual Visitor has been a real life-saver during the pandemic.

Summary: For contact data, you can't go wrong with Visual Visitor. I also like that it tracks email opens. However, I wish it delivered more on intent leads.
Positive: It gives you enough data to qualify new leads. I didn't expect it to track behavior but it does that too (like keyword searching and email opens).
Negative: I work in a niche market so I don't get a lot of website visitors or intent leads. Good for qualification, not so much for lead generation.

Summary: I like Visual Visitor a lot. The data is thorough and easy to access. My only gripe is that they identify the company that is visiting our website and not the individual person. I heard that this is likely to change soon so I'm optimistic.
Positive: The contact database is a great resource to find new leads. I also love the tracking tools. They make it easy to determine which leads are engaged.
Negative: Here's hoping they identify individuals, not just companies, in the future.

Summary: It could benefit from better data filtering to eliminate ISPs, but aside from that, it's a solid platform.
Positive: The website tracking features are pretty cool. I like that it sends me alerts when tagged leads return to my website.
Negative: A decent amount of my website traffic are ISPs. There is a way to manually exclude them but I wish it was automatic.

Summary: Visual Visitor has solved a few problems for us (i.e. lead generation and marketing analytics). Considering the price (cheaper than ZoomInfo and Leadfeeder), it's a good choice for sales software.
Positive: I have been using Visual Visitor for a few months now and it has been invaluable in helping me close sales. The platform is very user-friendly and the data is always accurate. I highly recommend it to anyone in sales.
Negative: Some data is missing, especially for small international businesses.

Summary: The database makes it easy to find new leads, and it has a fair amount of cell phones and emails in there. Overall, a good product.
Positive: It has a TON of data. That being said, it doesn't do the work for you. I spend at least an hour each day searching for leads, checking my intent campaigns and website visitors.
Negative: Not really a set-it-and-forget-it. For best results, you need to check dashboards/data at least weekly.

Summary: It's a good platform for prospecting because it collects all this contextual data in addition to the contact data. Give a good overview of companies in the database.
Positive: Visual Visitor has a lot of cool data I use for prospecting. It eliminates the need for outside research.
Negative: If you're searching for a specific company, you have to watch out for typos. It goes off exact spelling.
