Easy to use, but competency of leadership in question

    Edited: Feb 03 2025

Summary: My recommendation is don't invest heavily just yet. I'm attempting to make money off these ai-agents. I'm going to recreate my 4 agents' forms and redeploy, but I'm also going to start another solution so as not to have all my eggs in one basket until VectorShift can prove viable.

For my review, I'm pleased with the areas you requested ratings. I only put a one for Support to show disapproval. Please add one for competency.

    Positive: 1. Easy to use
    2. Easy to deploy
    3. Community sharing of workflows & ideas
    4. Easy to customize and provide real AI solutions.

Negative: I'm not convinced this company's leadership is capable to succeed and here's why:

    1. First, the interface is great. But after deploying my first agent I noticed the forms were not optimized on mobile (looked great on desktop and tablet, but too wide on smartphones). WTF? Why deploy as a solution and NOT fully support almost 70% of users? They fixed that within a few days.

    2. Software upgrade deployments: I'm a software QA veteran of over 20 years, so something is wrong with testing in this company.

I currently have 4 ai-agents that are used or sold on my websites as solutions built in VectorShift. The last major upgrade rendered all deployed forms I use on my websites as useless. I could run the forms in VectorShift, but not from my website. I even redeployed, and it did not work.

The support agent told me their QA is good and that only some forms were corrupted. Apparently, all of mine :(. I was told that I have to recreate the forms from scratch, which is ok. However, my plan is to create small business solutions (many agents) on one of my sites. Imagine if I had 100 of these agents (or even 20 which I will in a few months) and now I have to recreate all forms?
