    Summary: Fantastic experience! We are happy with Zinrelo and have incorporated it in our corporate strategy going ahead.

    Positive: Once the program was set we could manage it comfortably from our end. We can customize as required to suit our sales and promotions.

    Negative: Initial set up was difficult but overall we are very happy with Zinrelo.

    A great loyalty program to look out for...

    Summary: The overall experience has been good so far, we really like the support that's been provided by the Zinrelo support team.

    Positive: Zinrelo has helped our business shift away from promotions and increase customer lifetime value. We implemented Zinrelo in mid-year last year. This year in Q1 we’ve had a 20% jump in retention rates and 16% jump in customers making 5 or more purchases. Their team was great to work with during the implementation process, and their support folks have been quick to resolve any issues. Zinrelo has been a great partner for us, and we would definitely recommend them to others.

    Negative: Nothing as of now we to mention as we are still exploring.

    Positive: Great Rewards program for our web site! Has been easy for customers to understand, and the service is great from Zinrelo. Growing our business and engaging our customers - lots of new and repeat visitors - very happy with this new addition to our business.

    Negative: Some difficulties with minor issues after startup - mostly in coordinating teams to fix and test. Zinrelo is very responsive and this was a minor issue.
