Its interface is user friendly and easy to use, so it’s easy to check hours of service and meet the laws. This real-time GPS tracking makes me feel safe that I’m always aware of where my truck is. Additionally, their 24/7 customer support is helpful and responsive to answer all of my queries and issues.

Negative: The only thing I’ve had is that very occasionally the device takes a little longer than normal to sync with the app, which can be a little annoying when I need something immediately.

Negative: There’s a downside though, initial configuration can be challenging and time-consuming. The process is not hard to follow, but for the person who isn’t familiar with ELD technology, it can be a bit frustrating.

Summary: 1 star is even to much. I cancelled my subscription 11/24. They tried to take money out my account for months and today I get a email saying my subscription will renew 2/26. I have not use they service in over a year and they are still billing me. Scammer vibes

Positive: The device worked and it did what is was suppose to do. When I cancelled my plan is when my problems started. If I can submit pictures I will show everything.

Negative: When I tried to cancel my subscription this is when my problems began.
