    Very Easy to Setup and Use

    Summary: Overall a very easy to use RDP solution without need for VPN or firewall exposure. Two factor is included in the solution. They also support login via Office 365 / Azure login.

    Positive: Surprised to get this setup for our entire company of over 100 users in less than 1 hour. Support was great and very responsive too.

    Negative: Although they have a free 24x7 toll free phone support, they encourage customers to use Chat first. They think Chat is more responsive but some people just prefer a phone call.

    TruGrid has been a great service to my client throughout the pandemic and currently.

    Summary: TruGrid support is most likely my favorite aspect. I seem to get almost instant answers when contacting their support team. When setting up RemoteApp, their support team walked me through every step of the way and provided a solution for my customer that I didn't even know I had beforehand.

    Positive: An MFA solution to RDP.
    RemoteApps.
    Security.
    Ease of use once configured.
    Quick setup for customers when hosting their AD

    Negative: No session recording available.
    Minimum license quantity restriction. - Price increase towards minimum.
