Positive: Troop Messenger is a user-friendly app, despite of many features in it, any user irrespective of their technical knowledge can access it seamlessly. Although I've used several tools, none have been as valuable as Troop Messenger. Along with being a feature-rich application, it also facilitates collaboration with various units from other places inside the organization. It's a fantastic product that I wholeheartedly endorse to every business.

Negative: I would be surprised to learn cons in Troop Messenger, since I haven’t found one.

Summary: The best team chat program we have ever used is Troop Messenger, and its special features are what eventually convinced me to choose it. It does undermine the reason for scattering between multiple UIs, since it provides all required features to adhere to the office communication.

Positive: Within five minutes after sending a message, it can be edited or removed. Live location tracking is one of its unique features.

Negative: Look out for screen annotation in its desktop app. Of course, it does provide that in its mobile app.

Summary: Troop Messenger is not like other team chat apps that limit themselves providing chat app features because this tool has some key features like Unread Messages, Respond Later, etc. which doesn’t let you miss any important communication, and I didn’t see such features in any tool.

Negative: I would like to think of Troop Messenger is a flawless tool. On an honest note, I never found any cons.
